Terms, privacy and refunds

Terms of service

You need an account to generate animations. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what your account does. A Roblox Studio you connect gets its own token, which you can revoke at any time from Settings.

• What you make is yours. The animations you generate, and the files you export, belong to you. Use them in your games, commercially or not. No credit required.
• What you upload stays yours. Video you upload is used to solve that one motion and nothing else. It is never used to train anything.
• Do not upload footage you have no right to use, and do not upload footage of someone who has not agreed to it.
• Fair use of the service. Automated bulk generation, reselling access, or trying to get past the account limits will end the account.
• The service is provided as it is. Animation is generated by software and will sometimes be wrong; check a clip before shipping it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is capped at what you paid in the previous twelve months.
• These terms can change. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.

Privacy

The service holds as little as it can, because it is designed to run on one server.

• What is stored: your email address, your display name, a password hash (scrypt — the password itself is never stored), your generated clips and library, and session tokens kept only as SHA-256 digests.
• Payment details are never seen by this service. Card data goes straight to Stripe; all that comes back is whether the subscription is active.
• No third-party analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels. Server logs hold ordinary request lines and are kept on the server itself.
• Deleting things: clips and library items delete immediately from the app, and the files go with them. Ask for account deletion and everything belonging to it is removed.
• Self-hosted copies: if you run Riggler on your own machine, none of your data leaves it and this section is about your server, not ours.

Refunds and cancellation

• Three generations free. Every account gets three before anything is charged, so you can judge the quality first.
• Riggler Pro is $10 a month and renews monthly until cancelled.
• Cancel any time from Settings. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and no further payment is taken.
• Refunds: ask within 14 days of a charge and it is refunded in full, no questions. After that, a charge for a period you have not used is refunded pro rata.
• If the service is down for more than 48 hours in a billing month, that month is refunded on request.

Questions about any of this, a refund, or account deletion: use the contact address shown on the sign-in page of the server you are using. A self-hosted copy is run by whoever installed it, and they are the ones to ask.
